Tested on 3GS running on firmware 4.0.1 and It Worked.
Add http://beta.leimobile.com/repo/ to your cydia sources and Install the T-Mobile 4.0 MMS fix, then reboot
Add this to your Settings>General>Network>Cellular Data Network

MMS Max Message Size: 1048576
